The Barriscale Story

The Barriscale Family has a tradition as Jewellers and Watchmakers. In the mid 1800's to the mid 1900's they had jewellery stores in various parts of Cork City, Ireland. From these beginnings we can trace family members and connections that have spread out around the world. Today Barriscales can be found in Australia, Canada, Ireland, Spain, UK and U.S.A. The Barriscales of the past... jewellers in Cork, opticians in Canada and silent movie stars in the U.S., all their descendants are re-united here.
