About Browns Family Tree
Please sign in to see more.
Compilation of the Brown Family Data in Virginia, IL., and England is based on the documents that was found with the following names Brown & Browne. Documents which have been researched contained sufficient evidence to establish the lines herein. The following data starts with William Browne, probably born in England. I want to say a Thanks to the following relatives, Phyllis Brown Sutphin for the information and pictures and to my husband Richard for some information and telling me to always call his sister Phyllis cause she knew more than he did and to Phyllis Cooper Stull for all the information & pictures she has sent to me for the Coopers and all the phone calls also and to Margaret Mondon Davis for sharing her web page with me and her pictures of family members and to Anna Cooper Troxell for all the information and pictures and to Brenda Brown Peacock for all the letters, the family photo album & all the phone calls with more information and to Mack Brown (Brother of Henry W Brown) for sharing his information with me and to Joanne E Brown (Daughter of Henry W Brown) for sharing her information with me and to William Marshall for sending me pictures of Henry W Brown and for helping me locate his Obit and to all the other relatives that was willing to share. I have done my best to documents what I have, to try to make sure what I have is accurate but I just, want you to know that there will be mistakes, but not intentionally. What I'm trying to say is, there will be mistakes, expect them but also expect that there is probably alot of truth in what you read also. However, if you do know of a correction please send it to me and help me keep this up to date. I hope all will enjoy The Brown Family History. Getting Around
There are several ways to browse the family tree. The Tree View graphically shows the relationship of selected person to their kin. The Family View shows the person you have selected in the center, with his/her photo on the left and notes on the right. Above are the father and mother and below are the children. The Ancestor Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph above and children below. On the right are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. On the right are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.

In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool.
