Life is a puzzle.  Where did my grandparents come from?  What nationality are 
my ancestors?  How will I tell my grandchildren who the members of their family 
are?  Is there any one famous in my ancestors, maybe an nobel peace prize 
winner, or a President or King?  This website was started so as to set a record 
of my family.  I have just recently gotten into wanting to know as much as I 
can about my family and signed up on one of those Genealogy Web sites and 
entered the information I knew.  Then I talked to a few relatives and got more 
information and put that in.  Then that kicked in more information that someone 
else had out there.  I compared and collaborated with other users and verified 
to the best of my ability that it was correct.  But I wanted a way to share 
this information with my family.  A way that I could tell my grandchildren who 
and where they came from.  Then I found this web site and what better way to do 
that than to have a website that has all the information on it.  I was so 
excited that I could do this and share it with all of you.  I am hoping that 
with the sharing of this information then I can keep it current by having you 
and other members of the family updating me on information that is incorrect or 
incomplete.  So please let me know any information that you can add or that you 
feel is incorrect.  I would also like to give credit to some people who have 
helped me gather some of this information.  Les Spaulding - on the Spaulding
