About THE IRISH - POLISH BUNCH
Please sign in to see more.
Obviously, this is a work in progress. With your help, we can find the important dates and events that framed the lives of our family members both living and those who are no longer here. As you get older, you get a greater appreciation for the importance of remembering all of the people who are responsible for making you who you are. Even the people who passed many years before you and I were born had a hand in determining who we are and what we contribute to the next generations. Certainly, it can't be too much to ask that we simply spare a few moments to remember them.

Have fun with this site, under "PEOPLE" then "RELATIONSHIPS", you can find how you are related to any of the other 600+ (and growing) members of the family. I will be adding more each day, with your help. Please review all of the members in your immediate family to fill in the dates I did not have. I have more names coming in each day from research, so check back often. I will also attempt to send out an email whenever there is some groundbreaking discoveries (like Boleslaw Charubin actually came over on the Mayflowersky).

Email me with any updated info you have: harufam@gmail.com

Any rememberances of conversations with your parents or grandparents etc. or documents you have regarding our ancestors, regardless of how unimportant you feel they are, please let me know, it may fit with other pieces that I have. Together, they may form a complete picture. If you know of any person related to someone else in our tree, please let me know - ie: an in-laws family etc. To their great misfortune, they are part of our family now. We are like a great cosmic "black hole", one you get sucked in, you never get out!

Getting Around
There are several ways to browse the family tree. The Tree View graphically shows the relationship of selected person to their kin. The Family View shows the person you have selected in the center, with his/her photo on the left and notes on the right. Above are the father and mother and below are the children. The Ancestor Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph above and children below. On the right are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. On the right are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.

In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool.
