About Our Rio Grande Connection in New Mexico
Please sign in to see more.
Although the website was started with the Minchey/Miller starting point, we realized that all listed could feel some what left out. We hope that the new title will allow all to feel the local connection and more so included as "Your Family Site". We all share a common connection to this New Mexico location near the Rio Grande, regardless if we like to admit it or not. After all if "you are" listed we are all connected to YOUR FAMILY.
Welcome, explore and enjoy your families past & present. Click on People, then relationships; you can discover how you are related to all listed.
We can keep you posted especially if you sign the GUEST BOOK.
Again visit with one another, Discover, Learn, collect history from your elders and pass it on to "your family tree", mainly and most important: "your" Web site. If our information is not accurate for your family, please let us know so we can document "your Family". We do research "Ancestry Dot COM" Records and post/include our (Confirmed) findings here. We have also research, document and link confirmed family members interned at cemeteries with the on going national data base collection via "Find A Grave dot COM".
Also "PLEASE NOTE" Last Names preceded by "MR/MRS" Notes that we can only assume your married name and have no clue of your Maiden/Birth/Family heritage name.
This can be our Family Grapevine, the more you contribute, the more we grow in touch. I hope you will see the value in signing in and providing your e-mail for the information as the following. We can keep the family in touch.
SITE BLOG: Sandoval County Historical Society has asked us to include our family into their records. If You have information you would like us to highlight, please let us know. Also we have contributed to the national data base collecting information on Grave Sites (FIND A GRAVE DOT COM), HeadStone Miller is us trying to keep our family ties organized.
Help Us: From time to time we come across Photographs and we get the names wrong. Our minds eye
sometimes plays tricks on our memories of one another. We Have Labeled a Photo Album called A.K.A
(Also Known As)Album. Like a game; try to Identify all in photograph. Contact Chris, Better yet sign the guest book with your guess. Check Out AKA photo Album.
Blog or Stories: Please feel free to give us your memories, called shared stories. We have been
asked to share some research stories (some turn out to family folklore) others become just interesting, by the way did you know information. We will try and post only actual family history
however we can not help but note that our family is/was in the historical record mix.
Again do and see but remember our family tree. Click Events: and See.
Use this site, Birthdays etc...... You will be on top of it all.
Welcome all mentioned.

Getting Around There are several ways to browse the family tree. The Tree View graphically shows the relationship of selected person to their kin. The Family View shows the person you have selected in the center, with his/her photo on the left and notes on the right. Above are the father and mother and below are the children. The Ancestor Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph above and children below. On the right are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. On the right are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.
In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool. |
