About My Barker Family
DNA matches:Will now apear under Stories_DNA Matches

This Ancestry Tree was started as a result of an old photo
on a website seen during December 2012. It was Aunt Annie who I last saw when I was around
seven years old, the resulting return email and further contact confirmed the Barkers had more
than 3.000 relatives in Canada and unknown thousands in England and Scotland.

Continuously working to uncover more astonishing details It
is through my great grandmother Hannah Tomlinson that I have managed to trace our Ancestors
back as far as the year 0130, A.D. much of this detail has already been checked and recorded in
our Countries HistoricArchives, which makes things a lot easier for me.

Kings, Queens and even William 1 of Normandy all feature in
our Ancestral trail, so too do medieval executions carried out at the Tower of London. Since
starting this Ancestral work family ties have been discovered not only throughout England, but
also Scotland Wales, and Canada. The most recent and exciting are the new links to Catherine
Parr, Catherine Howard, Tunstall Family, Talbot and Stanley.

I must say a big thank you to our new found kin in Canada, the Jones, Russell and now
Beresford families have given me the challenge to learn more of our Ancestors which are now
revealing fascinating historical results.

SadlySadly I have to say a final farewell to my Niece Janice Evelyn Barker who passed away suddenly 14 February 2022, sadly missed.

All information listed here I believe to be correct, there may of
course be discrepancies, if so, I do apologise.
