About Richman Reunion 2017
Welcome to the Partington & Richman family history site. This information is being shared in the lead up to the 2017 Richman family reunion being held on 15 July 2017 on the Gold Coast (Queensland, Australia).

Most of the information on this site was lovingly compiled by the Partington and Richman families over many years. It has been uploaded in 2017 by Helen Sexton and Nicole Garner. Special thanks to Jenny Chinner, Ruth Moon and Greg Partington for their contribution and assistance. We are so grateful for the detail, documents, photos and stories that have been provided by everyone who has been involved.

It is understood that this is not a complete record and others may have done extensive work on their genealogy quite aside from this site so please let us know if there are any errors or if you would like to add your research to this branch. The key details which will assist future generations to trace their heritage include birth, marriage and death dates, certificates and places. For those living family members who are concerned with privacy or the possibility of identity theft, entering the surname and the year these events occurred is quite sufficient. There is a newsletter issued every two weeks with birthdays and anniversaries to everyone registered on the site and a mobile app (iPhone & ipad) which can be accessed via the link provided below (useful links heading).

Your input is very welcome so the details of our family heritage (genealogy) can be preserved and easily accessed for future generations. The information being provided is for private personal use within our extended family networks.

For privacy reasons Tribalpages recommends the ancestral stories, mobile app and information about living family members only be viewed by those who have registered via email as a 'family member'. Family members are able to download the mobile app, see living relatives details and are able to edit their family details and add photos. You can access the site via the 'request invitation' link in the security box above or by sending an email to sextonclan2016@gmail.com.

Enjoy!

Getting Around
There are several ways to browse the family tree. The Tree View graphically shows the relationship of selected person to their kin. The Family View shows the person you have selected in the center, with his/her photo on the left and notes on the right. Above are the father and mother and below are the children. The Ancestor Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph above and children below. On the right are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. On the right are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.

In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool.
