Welcome to the Riley Clan site.
Here you will find recorded the research conducted into the family history and geneology of the RILEY family line who lived in the City and East-End of London during the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries. You will see from the list of surnames that the research has touched on the histories of other families through marriage, making the site a good source of geneological data for researchers of those family names.
There are FOOTs originating in Dorset, but moving to Farnham in the 1800s and then to Faversham in the 1900s, HALLs and PARSONs migrating across Somerset, Dorset and in the former case, finally Hampshire, WARNERs from Earl Soham in Suffolk moving down to Sittingbourne and COOMBERs who have been happy and content to stay around Milton Regis near Sittingbourne for centuries it would seem.
