On this site I hope to detail all the descendants of George ELLERAY (1805-1871)  and Grace WOOD (1819-1899). The descendants of George and Grace now live in  England, Australia, New Zealand, U.S.A. and South Africa. If you are a  descendant (or think you are) please leave details in the Guestbook or contact  me direct. I will not include any details on this website that you do not wish  me to. I will update as soon as I can with some of the many photos I have and  details from Wills etc.I look forward to hearing from anyone who has details to  add and any long lost cousins.

I will in time add the ancestors of George. If you choose to use information  from this site please ask first, I will not refuse but would like an  acknowledgment. I have had my research used on other sites and it has not been  acknowledged and I think this is totally wrong. I would like to give credit to  Bill Elleray of Preston,Leonie Newson nee Elleray of Australia, Des Pryde of  Australia and Gladys Selby nee Elleray, sadly no longer with us, for their  assistance in gathering the information on this site.
  
 If you are not descended from George but are an Elleray researcher I may be  able to assist as I have a large amount of data on different Elleray families.
