There is NO Internet Options at the bottom of my "Tools". Can't find it anywhere. Did manage to find Music under Home, but still can't find "Cache"
Where is "Cache"?
There also is no heading called "File" - These are the headings: Home, View, People, Photos, Tools & Edit. And not one of them has "Internet Options".
Can you be more specific? Thanks.
Gwynn
THIS IS WHAT I ENTERED

Hi Gwynn, at the very top of your screen you will see

TOP OF SCREEN means just that. By the BACK ARROW.
As I told you, there is no "File" at the top of my website, and under "Tools", there is no "Internet Options" - so I can't find this "cache" that you tell me to clear.
I found "Music" under "Home", but my music is set up the way it is supposed to be.
If I can't find the things you told me you have, I don't know what else to do.

But I think I have it figured out that you want me to go ABOVE the Tribal Pages website. When I hit THAT "Tools", it does give me "Options" at the bottom, but the only thing I can think of that you might be referring to as a "cache" is where it says "Clear my history". Well, I am really nervous to do that! Who knows what might be "cleared" - like all my Favorites, my Passwords, my Bank Accounts, credit card numbers, library card number, etc., etc.? That would really scare me. I have never ticked that button in 20 years because I don't know what it will do.
Gwynn
It is your Tempory Internet Files and Cookies that are the trouble.
Does`nt your Anti Virus programme, do a weekly update, for you, as this should be part of it`s programme .
Sorry that I cannot be of more help,
All the best
Les
You have been a great help to me. I do not want to delete my cookies (have been through that nightmare before), and I increased my memory history from 50 to 100, but I definitely DO WANT TO CLEAR my Temporary Files. It infuriates me that I even have Temporary Files.
I have searched everywhere to delete Temporary Files, which are useless, as I always save things to my documents, or pictures, or wherever they should go. If you can tell me how to get rid of my Temporary Files, maybe that is causing me to have lost my music.
And yet, when I make an e-card that has music attached to it, the music plays just fine. Don't understand why it won't play for Tribal Pages when I open it.
Anyway, if you are tired of helping me, I understand.
And I do appreciate the help you've given me.

Since you never sent me your tribal pages website or attached it to the bottom of your answers, I cannot find your email address. So I gave up. WHERE is your HOME PAGE?
If you would tell me your tribal pages website address, presumably I could find your email address so I could email you directly. I have "cleared cache" in the past and lost all my bookmarks and I'm never going to lose my bookmarks and access codes and passwords again. I would happily "clear cache" if it would only get rid of my Temporary Files, none of which I use, or have ever been able to figure out how they even got there.
Please respond with your website address so I can try to find your email address and write you.
Thanks for trying to help me.
Gwynn
If you click on this you will see MY HOME PAGE ( which may be of some interest) which has my E-MAIL contact address..
See if you can hear my music, Wait a little while
I will only now be able to say the same thing, but I understand that you are reluctant to do this, and I do not want you blaming me for something that you do not want to do, so as you do not want to do this, there is no point. I did not say that it was difficult to do, so as you say your Husband is computer literate, see if he can do what you want, regarding the CACHE.
Sorry that I cannot be more helpful.
Hope that you now can see MY HOME PAGE
All the best
Les

But the music I chose for my Tribal Pages website is just gone on my computer. (Of course it used to cut out when I was editing, but now it is gone all the time.) But when someone else pulls up my web site - like my husband in his office on his computer, the sound is there. "Broken Hearted Melody"
Les said it was too complicated to explain this way how to fix it, and suggested we write on regular email, but I don't know what his email is. I'd rather talk on the phone, and I have free calling in USA and Canada.
Thanks for any help you can give me.
Gwynn
this was clarified with Gwynn, and I pointed out what I thought to be a simple explanation.
CLEAR CACHE.
As this was also taking so much time on FORUM, by me taking SCREEN SHOTS, and entering them, and not getting any further, I asked Gwynn to e-mail me. ADDRESS is on my site.
As this has never been done, I thought that Gwynn had sorted her self out.
Hoping that she has Family or Friends that can show her how to do this.
All the best
Les
