Cyndy they don't care at all. I start thinking to sue them. They did a mess with my sites. Any way tell me what Operation System and Browser you are using. For some reason lately they did something and ged files coming from Mac don't load.

Was it ok before? same OS same Browser ? In my case it was always ok withe Mac Snow Panther and Safari or Firefox. A month or so ago something change and I only can upload via Windows XP and Explorer through VMware Fusion (virtual).

We have responded to your email a couple of times. If the zip file is 12Mb, the original must be close to 100Mb. What is the size of the original file? Very large uploads will timeout the connection between TribalPages and your computer.

We have set a maximum gedcom file size of 60Mb. When we set the limit, it did seem like 60Mb would be large enough, but your file (170Mb) is three time the limit. Our development is considering increasing this limit. We will let you know once we have made a decision.
