Les,

You have done a magnificent job setting out this information for Tribalpages members. I was able to confirm that my computer was set up correctly and your song came through perfectly. I put it against a few photo's.

Thanks for the effort you have put in to help everyone.

Thank you so much Alan. I did it because there seems so much confusion, and it takes so many entries on Forum to answer each query, and it then does not always seem to be clear to some.

All the best

and thanks again

Why do we need to post something in new stories, vs just selecting from the music option? I will though go and check the other information you listed, thanks Les. Off and on the last couple of days you see the slide bar, then you don't, then you do again; but I've yet to hear anything.

Sandy, surely you can see it is to prove that you have Music working on Tribal Pages site.

If you should then select Tribal Pages Music, and it is not working, you and others can complain that is them, and not your settings.

It seems that is the Members settings that is mostly the trouble, and instead of checking these they blame anything else.

Mention clearing the CACHE which also helps, does not seem to ring a bell, to some.

Sorry to be a bit straight, but you can see by the amount of Forum entries on this subject, that it is hard to get this across, if they have no Music playing on their PC, before they get to the Internet, it will not play on Web Sites.

All the best

Hi Sandy,

it is obvious, that if you have your PC set up that you can hear MUSIC by selecting a piece of Music, from your Music folder ( If you have one ), that there would not be any reason not to hear it on the Internet, provided that you also have the Internet set up correctly.

When this is done, you are now left with the doubt of tribal Pages Music working.

To ensure that you can hear Music on their site ( Other than their own selection LINK ) I have suggested using Music in a STORY.

Now if that works, and there is no reason for it not to, if you have set everything up correctly, and you now go to TP Music, this should then be loud and clear.

If not then it is TP music LINKS that will be not working.

I am sorry , but I cannot make this any clearer

All the best
