Why are we receiving messages as below and being subject to unacceptable delays for uploaded gedcoms to appear. 24 hours delay ! Additionally some of my users are reporting long delays reaching the site.

Please wait till that file is processed and you have received an email notification. It can take upto 24 hrs from submission to process a GEDCOM file

As usual any request to Tribalpages staff gets ignored.
