I have 4 different occupations and years. When I go to add it the other 3 times it says it is already being used. How do I add them with the different years and occupations.

Hi Denise, you have two options.

Go to the EDIT section of the person and select Occupation.

Do Not add any DAYS but go to their Note box for Occupation.

In there add your Ocupatins and after each one add <br> this then shows a gap between them,

Otherwise go to their EDIT and use the ist Occupation, then go to EVENTS and select CUSTOM, now make youself another OCCUPATION but put a No 2 alongside it and fill in their notes. Do this again and again for 3 and 4
