Picasa not working

I have tried repeatedly to upload photos using Picasa it never works. I get the same error message. After "uploading completes a web pages loads with the following message:

This page can’t be displayed

•Make sure the web address http://.tribalpages.com is correct.

•Look for the page with your search engine.

•Refresh the page in a few minutes

Help??

Tribalpages Support - Two weeks ago Picasa upload was working fine in my old computer which is not now useable. I set Picasa upload up in new computer yesterday and I am getting exactly the same message as Larry.

Just to let you both know I've just uploaded from Picasa with no problems.

If it's any help, I'm still on Windows 7 and Chrome as my default browser.
