I have a family member who has been married and divorced twice and now has a third woman as a partner. When he received his newsletter he curiously clicked on the link at the bottom "Relationships Incorrect?"

To his annoyance he found his name, indicating that he was married to his first wife, along with his only two kids from his second wife, seemingly from his first wife!

I tried to reassure him that this page would only be able to be accessed by him.

Nevertheless, it is wrong, and I can understand him being offended.

Good Morning David, yes I agree with you , regarding this.

Try this and see what comes up, as I found that the Relationship chart, then may alleviate the persons fears.

Select RELATIONSHIP in Family View not Admin and enter the First married wife and then the third woman partner.

It should now show in correct order .

Let me know what you think of the chart produced. Just tried it with a member of my Family, and I believe it is to do with blood lines.

Regards

Les

Thanks, Les.

I did as you suggested, with no joy.

Any name (the man, 1st wife or 2nd wife) compared to the latest unmarried partner results in "Sorry, a relationship could not be found".

As the Relationships Incorrect? screen he is complaining about is only available from his Newsletter page, my relative has been assuaged when he sees all other pages and reports are in order.

I believe TP should put this item on their ever increasing to-do list.

Hi David, these little things are extremely large to those concerned.

They can be quite upsetting.

I fully understand.

The connection should show up in relationships, as we are allowed to put in partners in Family Tree.
