My dashboard is showing 6 families with pages on TP that have matches to those in my tree. None of the links work. I have addressed this issue with TP support for the past six days. They sent me a message last Tues I think that said 'we are looking into this'. Since then, not even an acknowledgement of my inquires. I really like TP and its format, have paid to upgrade, so it's not like I'm ready to bail out. I am curious if others have encountered similar responses or lack thereof. Hello Support, are you there or not?
