Is working when in EDIT of Albums. The drop down MENU shows all three, but does not seem to be selecting

Can you please confirm

Hi Tribal Support, I have found out WHY . You have TWO drop down menus. The top RIGHT one works, but there is no affect from the extra one bottom RIGHT.

Why do you have TWO?.
