I am now unable to access my Home page after installing Windows 10 with Internet explorer 11 still the default Browser. for several months I received an error message when the page appeared but was able to click OK and sign in. The page now appears momentarily then a 404 error appears and no more home page. This is the third attempt to contact you; the last was a detailed email to Support. and it has been almost 2 weeks since the first one, with no response, and the problem still is present. other users have reported the problem to me also.
