I would like to know how I can get a complete copy of all the notes on my family members as a report ( without my going to each person and copying the notes). I have used Microsoft word for all the notes.

I have many stories, as do you I assume, if you don't want to copy and paste each one. If your compilation came to a large number of printed sheets have you considered the cost of reproduction of the report each time you add future stories? Keeping an original 'copy and paste' report on your memory will enable you to intersperse other pages in the future. You can then update without have to reprint the whole report.

As of this time I don't think there is any other way of producing your desired Report Ted
