Yes, normally that would work, but because I have an expired subscription, I cannot get past EDIT without paying first.

I was also receiving emails that her subscription needed to be renewed on her account. I think it was part of the newsletter. Now I still get the newletter email for her account and it says that subscription needs updating for newsletters to continue.
It is frustrating. I have requested help on how to be released from her account. I don't know for sure but wonder if her lapsed subscription is why my tree won't open on the mobile app. I have had to abandon the app. and only access my tree on desktop.
