I took advantage of an invitation of an early subscription renewal discount once again on 4th Nov. Just as in the two previous years when I did this, some of my images were 'blanked' with an overprint. Previously TP kindly freely upped my image link (for which I was prepared to pay) and a message to say that this would happen to images greater than 5000, but would be recovered once I sent an email to support. The first time it took 11 days for a response and also a delay on the second year resulting in an inability to view all and upload new images. Once again this year despite sending two emails to support I am still unable to view all of my images and cannot upload those awaiting to be placed on the site. This begins to negate the value of re-subscribing early as advertised. It's an excellent site which too often receives negative comments regarding Tribal Pages support actions and responses from its users - such a pity.
