Despite regular requests over the past week, my photo limit has dropped back to 5000 since subscription renewal on 4th Nov (money has been taken out of my account already). I have photos ready to load, and many of my current photos on the site now show the overlay of 'photo limit exceeded - please upgrade or renew'. This is extremely frustrating - why - I have been a member for the past twelve years and have recommended the site to others, some of which now hold De Luxe memberships with you. Please explain why I deserve this level (or lack of ) support.
