We have fixed a glitch in the GEDCOM import that in a few cases would incorrectly import foreign characters. This was happening in a small number of imports. If you have experienced this issue in the past, we encourage you to try to re-import your Gedcom file.

On the other hand, please let us know if this fix has newly introduced new issues (foreign characters that were previously importing well are now incorrect).
