TP, How long does it take to process a DVD Copy of my site? Payment was made on 2/7/2016, does it really take three weeks to make a Image file?

I ordered a DVD 22nd January . I sent email to T/P 2nd February asking what was happening. It was shipped 12th February. Delivered in New Zealand 23rd February. About what I expected from past experience of having ordered previously.
