Renewal

I recently submitted a request to extend my subscription until May 2017, and was thanked for my order, but I am still getting renewal reminders. I raised this via the contact page but have not received a reply some two weeks later. I have now sent another request, but I wonder if anyone at tribalpages will bother to answer that message?

We have fixed this. Your payment was not automatically applied to your site because of a glitch in the system that cannot handle a long userid. We run your renewal manually. Sorry for the trouble.
