Renewal Problem - Please issue refund.

I have 4 sites right now, but I only wanted 3. I tried to renew the site above and paid on May 20th (notice the date). As you can see, it hasn't been edited since May 11, 2014, and the reason for this is that when I click on the Visit or Edit buttons, I'm told it doesn't exist. I've written at least 5 times and have offered to call and speak with someone, but I'm not getting a response. Meanwhile, I went ahead and created a brand new site and paid for another subscription, so I could get going with the site. Please refund me for the defunct site listed above as I don't need it now and could not access it anyway, though I tried several times and waited for assistance. Good grief, but I'm feeling frustrated because through the years I've helped several people create sites on TribalPages and have my own sites, too, and that means business coming your way, as well as purchasing DVDs, too, but then I can't get help when I need it. I don't normally whine, but it's not a pleasant feeling to be ignored. The good thing is the three sites are up and functioning fairly well, though I do have an error occurring with one of them, which will be in my next post.
