How to you change the WEB MASTER to another person? I am co-admin on a tree with my cousin as the web master. He wants to give control to me. He said he changed his email address to mine, but that didn't work. I don't have all the options on the "dashboard" that I should on the standard tree like I do on my other tree. What needs to be done?

(It's not the tree listed, it won't let me change the option to the tree in question)

he logs in to my account which you can access from the forum click MY ACCOUNT Next CLICK edit profile link you will see Email name password links click email

its says profile summary change email

it states the owner email address

below you enter new email which would be YOURS

he enters his password and clicks save

he then should see this

Transfer Site Ownership

The email address YOUR EMAIL belongs to WHOEVER

Would you like to transfer ownership of this account to the new email?

hopefully this works

He did that but it still shows me as the admin/visitor and he is the owner.

I've just setup a new tree (free account) and transferred ownership without a problem

the only other thing i can think off is have you signed out cleared your browsing history and log back in using your email address and password

He got it figured out. I couldn't do anything from my end but I forwarded your first message to him and them he worked through it. He thought if he just changed his email address to me it would work, them couldn't get back in to it. But now we are good, Thanks for your help.
