For two consecutive two weekly periods I have not received my Newsletter. I sent a message to Tribalpages Support after the first one did not arrive and asked if the reason was that I opted out of receiving the newsletter for another site for which I had been made a family member. For various reasons I did not want to receive the newsletter for that site. however opting out for someone elses site should not have affected receipt of my own newsletter for my own site. In edit > newsletters the tick still appears against my name and email address.

Now I find that yesterday and today I have been unable to send a message direct to Tribalpages using the "Contact Tribalpages" link. All I get is the message as per the image below.

Apart from Tribalpages not responding to my first message, which is normal for them, they now appear to not want members to use the "contact Tribalpages" link.

Therfore I am using forum, hoping (but not really expecting) to get a response from TRIBALPAGES support ??.

The "contact us" (Tribalpages) link is working again. Now would Tribalpages Support please fix up the NEWSLETTER problem.

Thank you

Yes, unsubscribing to one website's newsletter stops all other sites from sending newsletters. Would you like us to reset this for you?

Thanks for the reply. Would you please reset so that I receive the newsletter for my site. The Scott Family Tree etc.

I think you should look at this system. Surely no one should miss out on receiving the newsletter for all sites, for which they are a family member, just because they opt out of one sites nesletter. Particularly when its not their own sites newsletter they don't wish to receive.

However, please reset so that I receive my newsletter fortnightly. Thank you.

I have had an answer and Tribalpages have fixed the problems. I hope they continue with quality support like that for everyone. If they do I am sure Tribalpages will benefit with more members and satisfied members.
