At the moment I cannot use the features of this website as stated.

I am now classified as a "Free member" and have the cart on my membership page suggesting I upgrade.

I have the receipt from the transaction of my subscription on here.

ADMIN please fix this problem. I have been waiting for over a week now ....please fix.

I have sent messages to the contact us here on the website and private message on the Facebook page.

I think I should be compensated for the inconvenience.

Yes that is correct it is showing as Free not as a subscription which it should be and I cannot use any of the features. Can you tell why this is happening please?

You are right. That site should have been a Standard site and not a Free one. We have fixed this. We apologize for the error and are investigation this.

I really appreciate your help with the problem the cart is now gone, I haven't logged into it yet.

If I create another website (The Penrose Cobblers) is that covered under my current subscription? OR do I have to pay for that one too? These trees are each side of my parents.
