Wondering if the guys who run TP read their emails and feedback ?

I ordered/purchased a flash drive nearly 3 weeks ago - I received the obligatory email thanking me for my order and that they'd let me know when it had been shipped - I haven't heard anything else from them since then, nor any answers to my several emails and feedback -

Not much more we can do if they don't answer their emails is there ?

I share communal letter boxes (live in block of units) and I don't want to be checking the bloody thing every day if I don't need to - Our postal service leave a tiny piece of paper letting us know if we have a parcel that needs picking up from the post office - It's the tiny piece of paper I'm concerned about - they often get lost with all the junk mail - so if I don't know if the package has been sent, then I don't know if the PO has left their tiny piece of stupid paper, and perhaps I've missed it !! Lol - yeah I'm getting angry again !!

I paid for the thing, and it's a gift that I'd like to send off pretty soon if possible - Pretty p*** off right now !
