I am trying to create my 1st family tree on TribalPages.

When I go to My Account, the only option I see is "Create a New Website". But when I try to create a new website, no matter what name I use for the Site ID, it tells me that the name is already taken. It will then give me a list of suggestions, and if I try one of those it will also tell me that the name is already taken. I have even tried nonsense names such as "lkjsdflk", and it tells me that the name is already taken.

Please advise

The issue was that your password was too long and triggered a glitch in the system. We are looking into why. Meanwhile we have reset your password and sent you sign-in instructions via email. You should be able to sign in with the new password and change it if you like. You should be able to create a website now.
