Hello TP,

I can log in as a family member, but I no longer log in as the admin. I am the admin, so that is a problem. I could log in as the Admin on my cousin's Windows PC, but not on my Mac using Google Chrome. Changing my password did not help.

I am stuck on the yellow screen (see related image below) with no admin access. I emailed TP tech support, but no one responded to me.

What do I have to do to log in as the Admin?

Another detail: I can log on as Admin using my iphone (iOS 10), but not my Mac (OS 10.9)
