Are guests supposed to be able to add photos themselves? Why is there a message board here if no one answers the questions?

Frustrating, isn't it?!

I think Members can add photos but not Guests. I have a default album for uploaded photos who that I can easily see what has been added by others. I then move them to the appropriate album. Hope this helps!
