Ferdinand was born in Belgium (Antwerp?) in about 1876. Death somewhere around 1930 in Queens, NY. He was married to Collette with various versions of Collette name. Collette was also born in Belgium. Emigrated to U.S. around 1913 with son, Charles Eugene Rouchet, and daughter, Victoria (born Victorine) to meet Ferdinand in Brooklyn, NY. Ferdinand may have died in Brooklyn, but family does not know when.
