Donna Weaver
Born about 1869 and died 4/20/1951 and buried at Green-Wood Cemetery. Her father listed as Fred Rutscheid, mother, Nellie Lambert. She married Willis Blair, Jr. 8/10/1897 in NY. Olga's family name was changed to Rothschild (sometimes listed as Rothchild). Wondering where Olga was born (what country if any). Can't find any other records. Can you help?

I am going to ASSume that most of this is true---that Olga was born in New York. As you can see, many of the name spellings are wrong which makes it difficult to confirm research. But I do have a death certificate for Olga (very long, sad story but she died in a mental institution). So it is definitely Rutscheid. In your experience, why would they change the name to Rothschild if they were born in the US? I also see the name Frances. I believe that she was known as Fanny.
