Looking for ANY information on John Henry Anderson born 1846 in Kentucky. He Married a Margaret Ross. He has a brother named William whom was living with two sisters when their bro. came home did not like William there so he shot him. William was working on a wagon at the time... Sound familiar...anyone????

Found on Ancestry. One problem in reference to the story about his brother. The wife mentioned is Margaret Garrett not Ross.

"Margaret Garrett-Anderson told this story to a family member: John had a brother named Bill. He was boarding with two women who were sisters. A brother of the sisters came by one day when Bill was working on a wagon. The brother didn't approve of Bill staying with his sisters so he shot him. Bill died the next day."

Sorry for got to ask, where John's siblings all born in Ky?
Just discovered from a cousin that this is the wrong John Henry Anderson. Your William lived to be a ripe old age and ours died at 30. Our Margaret Garrett went by her mothers maiden name her mother did not meet Mr. Ross until after she was born. We are a very dark people. Native American/Black/European DNA.
