The following is all I could see in NZ BDM but only can view births older than 100 years. Does not look as if these are helpful.

Do you live in NZ and do you know any dates and places to give a better idea where to search.

No I live in Melbourne.

My Father was Milton James Harcourt Young I have the marriage cert RE:- Milton... 1936 wife Gwendoline Martin on this cert he has Fredrick Arthur Young as his father & Alice Young formally West as his Mother.

1945 Milton's wife Emily Gibson marriage cert he has Charles Fredrick Young as his Father & Alice Maynard Young formally Beckwith as his mother.

In the past papers 1944 their is a decree RE :- Milton & Bertha Hilda Young ,confusing was he married to 2 people at the same time? I have not at this point been able to gather any info regarding Milton & Bertha Young.

It is my believe that Fredrick Arthur Young was Milton James Harcourt Young's brother?? My Fathers full name is supported with evidence being Milton James Harcourt Young and is so on all certs that relate to him .

Wads Fredrick Arthur Young a brother?

I cannot answer that for you. All I will say is that from the following NZ BDM records that I sent there is a chance that the following two are brothers.

1908/26275 Young, Frederick Arthur.

Mother - Alice

Father - Charles Frederick

1910/25345 Young, Milton James Harcourt

Mother - Alice Maynard

Father - Charles Frederick
