I cannot find any evidence of a Mary Manning/George Barlow marriage, although before central registration of marriages which began in 1837 it is quite possible that a marriage took place although the records are not available online. Also it is possible that it was a second or later marriage for Mary Manning, in which case she would have used her previous married name at the ceremony.

I cannot identify a George Barlow who answers your description. There was a George Barlow born c1808 in Somersham, Huntingdonshire, who I can trace on all census from 1841 to 1871 living in that parish, always giving his status as 'unmarried', he died 23 March 1872 and was buried in that parish. The only death in Staffordshire 1890 for a George Barlow born anywhere around 1808 is one age given as 85 who died in the Cheadle district of that county during the September quarter. I believe that he was a Farmer/Ag Lab who was born in either Woollaton or Chedderton, Staffordshire and had lived in that area all his life. He had a wife Rachel who had predeceased him.

There were a number of births for girls called Mary Manning in the Bedford/Huntingdon/Cambridge counties in the early part of the 19th century, (I include Cambridgeshire as this is in close proximity and Huntingdon is now part of that County), Without more information it is impossible to identify the one to which you refer.
