1. Let a user change the sex of a person entered in error. Currently an erroneous entry needs to be deleted and all the information re-entered. It should be a simple matter to change gender when it was entered incorrectly.

2. Remove the Edit tab from the member page. The only thing that is needed for is to edit system information, not member information, and it immediately requests admin login. A member should never see this. This would also eliminate the need for the admin to sign in again when using the Edit function. Only the admin should see this button.
