Hi there, I've always wondered, I have about a 1000 people in my family tree and I know this is only covers about 1/77th of my whole family. I started this tree back in 2003 when I was 23 years old with the purpose of compiling a book after this is all done and all the details are entered correctly. I just realised tribalpages doesn't have a book feature. Disappointed. I love this site and it's become my first choice when it comes to building family trees. It's easier to enter details and because I've used it for a long time, it has become a part of my life. However it looks like I won't be putting this dream inaction. I really hope tribalpages will have this feature soon. I suggest you implement FTBECAPS; Family Tree Book Compiling, Editing And Printing Software. BAM!!!!!!

This is what I need from Tribal Pages:

1) Enable a book feature so that all the details in the tree is transferable to a book form. This will be extra money for you. The cost is ok for me as I know without a doubt anyone will pay what it takes to have a family history in book form. More people will sign up it's this extra feature is added. We; your users; will do the sales for you.

Now the book stages.

i) CREATION STAGE: Your family tree will be the creation stage. Similar to what you have now. Everything including names, marriages, children, ancestors, descendants, legacies, family logos and sigils, histories are entered here. NOTE: You need to enable a mobile app so that EVERYONE under this sun can access tribalpages. A great marketing tool for you too. Shit I will patent this idea under my name. Everyone don't touch. This is my idea. Officially patented as of 29/11/2014 under Francis Teo. Thanks.

ii) CONVERSION STAGE: Information in your family tree will be converted into a book form. Similar to what tripalages has done with its printable PDF reports; converting your family tree into paper format. Great Feature! But it only has photos of individual, their siblings, parents, children and details LIMITED only to first and last names, dates of birth and death, place of birth and lastly who he/she was married to. This will be even BETTER if it includs extra notes of their history and legacy; what they did in the past, great deeds and heroic acts(lol). Some of my family ancestors has this and it will cover a good 10 to 20 pages if I write down one of my ancestors past deeds. An EXCELLENT FEATURE if you ask me.

iii) PAGE DESIGN STAGE: Page design. Your PDF printable should be editable to appeal to the owner and family. E.g. Margins, columns, footnotes enabled, headers, page numbers. Photos design; coloured, black and white, greyscale etc (I'm surprised no ones thought of this lol. There's gotta be a software that does all this)

iv) COMPILING STAGE: Book design. Your thank yous and acknowledgements, title, contents, photo location. (I'm thinking pagemaker but there are

v) EDIT STAGE: By the push of a button, the book will be emailed off to designated family members to view for editing. The print button is Disabled here.

vi) ORDER STAGE: When the book is edited and finalised, an order is placed. Number of books etc. the money will be collected by the owner through various means not important to tribalpages.

I would use this feature for sure! Especially to give to aging family members that don't have computers!

Tribalpages should have this feature. There are so many things I wanna do for my family not because I don't know how to do it but because there's no way to do it here.

I would like to have an option on compilling a book. There are many things needed though, indexing, page numbering, etc.
