I'd love to see a highlighter feature added to tools.

Yellow would be much appreciated!

Thanks

Hi Eileen , is it just for your STORIES and/or HOME PAGE?

You can add just a small amount of CODE to do this.

Try this in a STORY. You can just select a WORD or a sentence.

There is another way ( Using the same code with a little bit extra) that just give a TAG ( Which is better ) but try this first.

<span style="background-color: yellow">Yellow text.</span>

By changing the colour name or you can give it the Number for yellow =~ffff00

*******************************

<span style="background-color: yellow">

Mary had a little lamb,

Little lamb, little lamb,

Mary had a little lamb,

Its fleece was white as snow

</span>

And everywhere that Mary went,

Mary went, Mary went,

Everywhere that Mary went

The lamb was sure to go

<span style="background-color: red">

It followed her to school one day

School one day, school one day

It followed her to school one day

Which was against the rules.</span>

It made the children laugh and play,

Laugh and play, laugh and play,

It made the children laugh and play

To see a lamb at school

And so the teacher turned it out,

Turned it out, turned it out,

And so the teacher turned it out,

But still it lingered near

And waited patiently about,

Patiently about, patiently about,

And waited patiently about

Till Mary did appear

"Why does the lamb love Mary so?"

Love Mary so? Love Mary so?

"Why does the lamb love Mary so?"

The eager children cry

"Why, Mary loves the lamb, you know."

Loves the lamb, you know, loves the lamb, you know

"Why, Mary loves the lamb, you know."

The teacher did reply

Hi Eileen, if you find that YELLOW is do strong, you can alter it by changing te TEXT NAME yellow to a diffent Name, or you can use the Hexadecimal NUMBER such as the #FFF00 to a diffeent one.

I have put a few yellows on Screen Shot with their Name or Number. you can choose either to use.

Also have a look at my Welcome HELP site

Hi Eileen, did you find it alright, and did you see the new YELLOW shades to try.

Would you like to try the HTML code. This enables you to put the code at te top of your Page and then just use a TAG and an end </> and your TEXT between . It is a lot easier as you can select a choice of NAME to put.

Please let me know. You can e-mail me if you would prefer.

Les
