I am James B. Angelo, known to the family as "Bruce Angelo".  I dislike the "Bruce" name but am  stuck with it.  
 I began researching this Family Tree in 1958 , the year my oldest child (Jay) was born.   I wanted my children to be proud of their heritage and this is what grew out of that. During the course of my research I have been fortunate to receive the help from many people, most  prominent of them are:  Rose Fredette-Angelo , Loreen Angelo-Kenney , Carol Angiolillo-Poncin ,  Violet Angelo-Lanoue, Elana Stepanek-Osborne, and from Italy, Andrea Angiolilli, Ilaria Cavicchia  and Simonluca Cairo. To those, you have my eternal gratitude. Recently I have been fortunate to be in contact with two other relatives of mine, Derek Greenlee  and Roger "Bucky" Fontaine who have researched the Family Tree on their own. Both their trees are  fantastic.

Ciao, io sono James Angelo e sto ricercando il mio albero genealogico dal 1958.  Questo include  sia ,da parte francese di mia madre e anche da pa parte italiana di mio padre.  Ho intenzione di  affrontare la mia eredita' italiana qui e spiegare come e' diventato Angelo da Angiolilli.  Quando  mio nonno (Carmino)emigrate negli Stati Uniti (insieme con il fratello Celestino) nel 1889.    Quando e' arrivato il padrone porto ha firmato il suo nome come Angiolillo e fu cosi che la maggior  parte dei parenti in 
 America sono noti.   I miei genitori hanno adottato la versione americanizzata di Angiolillo,  quindi "Angelo"    Circa 5 anni dopo Celestino Angiolilli tornado a Isernia, Italia ed ebbe tre  figli: Vicenzo, Dionizio e Domenico.    Ho ricevuto aiuto da Simonluca Cairo, Andrea Angiolilli,  Giana Forlastro, Ilaria Cavicchia, Annalisa Angiolilli e Martina Angiolilli.      Per loro io sono  per sempre grato / a.
