About the marquart family tree
A research of my Father's Family (Albert "Markwart" Marquart), my Mother Malvina Schiemann's Family, My wife's (Carol "Christ" Marquart)Family- includes the names of Families: Christ,Ruhland,Schiemann,Reinhardt,Woit,Markwart(Marquart)and those that married into the clans.
There once were Two brothers: One Georg Woit and one Karl Woit, both had daughters with the
same name Marianna born weeks apart. The daughter of Georg married my Grand father and they had 4 children, she died and my Grand Father Karl Sr. then married his first wife's cousin Marianna, daughter of Karl. She had been married and was a widow with a daughter called Mary Skip. My Grand Father Karl Schiemann Sr. took as his wife my Grand Mother Marianna Woit Skip and they had 5 children.

The Reinhardt Family are descendants of the Georg Woit Clan. His Daughter Emilie Woit Married Frederick Reinhardt and they had 8 sons: Alexander, Henry, Johann, Ludwig, Karol, Friedrich, Edward and Adolph.

Some of the Greek names from my wife's family are: Karageorgiou, Karamitas, Karamitopoulos, Karaguni,
Karavas, Katsapitoupoulos (Christ) Zachartzi, Koyiades. and Christakis.

From the Families of my father, Albert Marquart whose father's name was August Markwart and I have found a record that my grandfather August had a brother called Edward, who had a daughter called Mathilda and she lived in Evanston, Illinois. I meet the family during the time I was stationed in Chicago while in the Army Air Force.
My Grandmother Emilia Zerecke also was spelled as Zeretzki. Various spelling of Marquart such as Markwart, Markwardt, Marquardt and Markward. All due to language barrier, the Old Tower of Babel. When it came to first names that I knew not, the term "Unknown" was
 used plus the
sur-names which I knew. There are also Families related to us that I have not yet been able to connect to our Family Tree for lack of proof, however with the add of SSDI and SS-5 I hope to get the info that I seek.
