We come from humble beginnings. Our ancestors withstood hardships that we cannot begin to imagine, but they survived and because of their struggles, we are alive today. I created this Family Tree with my husband to honor the memory and legacy of our ancestors, and to preserve our history for the future generation of our children, so they can understand, appreciate, and take pride in the caliber of people from which they came.
This is a work in progress and much of the information here, is comprised of census records, birth, marriage, death and verbal records collected over the years by different members of the family. I have visited different courthouses, public libraries, cemeteries and interviewed family members. I have tried to be as accurate as possible with the limited resources.
