About The De Ford Family
Please sign in to see more.
Hi family - I'm installing your pictures, maybe not what you want? If you
would prefer a different picture, please let me know or send me the one you
want to represent you. If you see errors on names etc. please let me know. I'm
having a bit of a problem on married names, all women's names are their maiden
names. So married names will only be in the titles. Please submit memoirs,
pictures, humorous incidents and family legends. Please sign the guest book
and leave suggestions for improvements. Affectionately - Colin De Ford -

My father Colin De Ford passed away on July 5 2015. I assured him that I would continue to work
on this Family Tree. I changed the options back to Invitation only. Access to the site is with
the original password that Dad had set up. I only received one request for membership and
previous viewers were concerned when they could not log on to view. The membership idea also
meant that members could change information, which was also concerning. If you have any errors
or omissions please contact me. My e-mail is dleighskog@gmail.com. If you would like to view
the Family Tree and have forgotten the access password, send me your request and I will send it
to you.
I would like to keep the Family Tree up to date so if there are missing members due to births
or deaths, Please let me know and I will update the information. The only information people
can see (without password) is the homepage and of people no longer living.
P.S. Please sign the guestbook and leave your e-mail if you would like to receive
the family newsletter when available. Sincerely yours, Debra Leigh

Getting Around
There are several ways to browse the family tree. The Tree View graphically shows the relationship of selected person to their kin. The Family View shows the person you have selected in the center, with his/her photo on the left and notes on the right. Above are the father and mother and below are the children. The Ancestor Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph above and children below. On the right are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. On the right are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.

In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool.
