George Saywell, my 3rd Great Grandfather was born 1804 in Wormshill, 
KEN, ENG. George and wife Susan (Goatham) emigrated from England ("Bichnor Farm", 
Sittingbourne, Bedgar, Kent) sailing on the "Martha Ridgeway" from Gravesend on 5 July 1840 arriving at Port 
Nicholson New Zealand 14 November 1840.
Hart Udy Snr, my 3rd Great Grandfather was born 25 April 1808 in 
Lanlivery Rural, CON, ENG. Hart snr and wife Jane (Clemence) arrived at Port 
Nicholson aboard the ship "Duke of Roxburgh" on 8 February 1840.
Michael Bourke, my 2rd Great Grandfather was born circa 1846 in 
Cappamore, LIM, IRL and arrived in New Zealand about 1865. He married Mary Jane 
Simpson in 1867 at Greymouth and they had 6 children. Michael died in 1905 and Jane 
in 1938.
John France, my 2rd Great Grandfather was born 1830 in Xenia, Ohio, 
USA. He married Mary Ann Fox born circa 1839 in Carlow, IRL.  

This Family Tree traces Saywell and Udy descendants in New Zealand as well as my 
ancestors with the names: Alexander, Blanche, Bourke, 
Burke, Campbell, Clements, Fox, France, Fullerton, Gosling, Murdock, Prior, 
Redmond, Shackleton, Sharp and Watson.
