About The Faulkner-Jones (Stinson) Family
Please sign in to see more.
Welcome to the family site of the Faulkner-Jones Family, which was set up by the
descendents of Levite (Stinson)Jones and Everlee (Faulkner)Jones which bore their
children in Holly Springs, MS. They later migrated to Kansas City, KS and chose to
raise their eight children in the Historical Quindaro community of Kansas City, KS.
Since their migration to Kansas City, Herbert, Hugh, Ted, Tom, Jerry, Marilee, Marjean
(deceased-2000), and Elizabeth have successfully married, raised families, worked
successful careers, and more.
To their credit, they now have legacies which are following in their footsteps and
represent the greatest at several levels. Many have graduated with Bachelors,
Masters, and Doctorates from some of the best institutions available, while raising
families themselves. They have also accepted callings to the Christian Ministry and
some work as full-time pastors. The scope is diverse and we know that our ancestors
would be VERY PROUD.
We are using this site to track and trace our heritage so that we might know the many
victories and triumphs which we have experienced as a family.
We hope that this site will help us make the connection to family members across
the country. Although we may never meet each one personally, we hope that this site
will help you get to know YOUR family.
On our Grandfather's side, we have traced our name past Jones to Stinson and Hamon
and traced our Grandmother's name through generations of Faulkners/Martin and we
continue to search. Join us in our quest to connect the dots.
We hope you enjoy a small glance at the legacy of Levite(Stinson)Jones and Everlee Faulkner-Jones.
Enjoy! We appreciate you stopping by to see who we are and how we fit.
The last reunion was in Memphis, TN July 19-21, 2013. It was AWESOME...Don`t miss the next one in 2016.

Getting Around
There are several ways to browse the family tree. The Tree View graphically shows the relationship of selected person to their kin. The Family View shows the person you have selected in the center, with his/her photo on the left and notes on the right. Above are the father and mother and below are the children. The Ancestor Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph above and children below. On the right are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. On the right are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.

In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool.
