About Nannie Wade Family Tree
  NOTICE THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS THIS IS NOT COMPLETLY FINISHED.  Done in loving memory of NANNIE WADE LESLIE. 
 Nannie Wade was a full blood Chickasaw. She married William I Leslie a white man of Scottish-Irish and English descent. The main focus of this tree is for Nannie's Ancestors and descendants. Nannie and her two sisters ; Missie and Nancy were orphaned when Nannie was about 2 years old. They were raised by their fathers sister Lucy Wade Harjo.
  I have made many, many attempts to get this as accurate as possible; with  hours and hours of searching.  I will make corrections where needed and add missing info and /or photos when received.

Every effort has been made to document as much of the info as possible. There may be some possible additions that  were not able to be verified and have been left out and will be added when verification is found .  This has been a work of approximately 20 years.  
 No doubt I will make  some mistakes but be patient with me and I will do my best to make everything "right".

I graciously thank every one who has helped to make this happen. Some with their time, some with expenses and helping me dig out every nook and cranny we could find and working behind the scenes making phone calls, sending emails,any anything they could to get this going...............

Gina Teel First cousin twice removed of Nannie Wade and  great granddaughter of George Wade Sr.
