Welcome to this genealogy website embarking on a journey of discovery to unveil the lineage and connections of our family. 

This genealogy website has certainly evolved from what began initially as tracing up to the 'JD lineage'. At that stage, that was as far as was expected to be able to backtrack... Then the discovery of various family tree documentation, which after piecing together and cross-checking through countless pages of notes - many of which initially appeared unrelated - gradually began to make sense and fit into the puzzle! This has enabled an additional lineage to pursue: the 'Xavier and Anama lines'.  Thus began the connection and linking of the Pereira to the Fernandez, Coelho, Lobo, D’Cruz, Fernz, Gomez and Silva lines to name but a few. The aim of this website continues to try to link these lines together. 

While many of you may have already known these interconnections with Fernandez, Coelho, Gomez, Pereira  etc lines and how they linked together,  for others, this has been a fascinating journey of discovery. Thank you to everyone who has assisted with any of the information provided within this Family Kin website.

This website now contains several interconnecting lines:
 i) the Xavier line which traces the maternal lineage of Hugensia, Josephine and Victoria via their mother, Madelene
ii) the JD Pereira line which traces the paternal lineage of Hugensia, Josephine and Victoria via their father, Jasinth known in India as Vadelia Thitthy. 
iii) The Fernandez line with Carolin, Issodore and Salvador linking the families of Jessinth, Bennymah, Napoleon, Richard, Sunny etc
iv) the Gomez, Christian, Silva and D’Cruz lines which are all also closely entwined. 

Thank you for being a part of this adventure on this journey, unearthing forgotten links and connections from past generations, while cherishing memories and forging a deeper understanding of our roots.
